Saving a Case
Click the heart icon in the case header to save any case to your library. The icon fills in to show the case is saved. Click it again to unsave.
Finding Your Saved Cases
Your saved cases are on the Saved page under the Cases tab. The Saved page also organizes glossary terms, AI-generated differentials, and notes into their own tabs โ see Saved Items for the full picture.
Each saved case is listed with its title and course breadcrumb so you can tell at a glance what it was and where it came from. Click through to return to the case, or use the heart on the case page to unsave it.
If your saved set grows large, the Cases tab has filter chips for modality, body region, and adults vs peds so you can quickly find, for example, only your saved peds neuro cases.
Saving cases works in the mobile app too, and it is the same list either way: a case you save on your phone is there on the website, and the other way round. In the app your saved cases are under Profile, then My Saved Items. Saving needs a connection.
What Counts as a "Saved Case"
Only cases with the filled-heart icon are saved. Saving is separate from:
- Completion โ see Marking Cases as Complete
- Notes โ a case can have notes attached even if it's not saved, and vice versa (see Notes & Notebook)
