The CaseStacks mobile app is currently in beta testing and is not yet publicly available.
Push notifications are off until you allow them, and you can turn them off again at any time.
What We Send
- Badges you earn, which open the badge when tapped
- Access reminders, such as a subscription approaching its end date
- Announcements about the app or your account
Turning Notifications On or Off
Go to Profile, then Settings, then Notifications, and use the Push notifications switch. It is a single switch: you cannot pick which kinds you receive.
The setting applies to your account, not one device, so turning it off stops notifications everywhere you're signed in.
Switching it on the first time also asks your device for permission. Both have to allow notifications before any arrive.
If You Turned Them On but Nothing Arrives
Your device may be blocking CaseStacks separately. The app tells you when it detects this and offers a shortcut to your device settings. To get there yourself:
- iOS: Settings, then Notifications, then CaseStacks
- Android: Settings, then Apps, then CaseStacks, then Notifications
Allow notifications there, then check the switch in the app is still on.
