Earning a Certificate
After you complete all cases in an eligible course, you can claim a certificate from that course's certificate page. Certificates are available for Call Preparation, Lessons, and Neuro Fellowship courses.
You must have an active PRO subscription or institution account to claim certificates.
Getting Your Certificate
On the certificate page, click Email My Certificate to claim your certificate and send it to your account email address. After claiming, a Download Certificate link will appear on the page for downloading the PDF directly.
In the App
Certificates you've been issued are viewable in the mobile app. Open your profile picture at the top right, then CME & Certificates. From there you can share a certificate using your device's share sheet.
Claiming a certificate is done on casestacks.com. Once it's issued, it shows up in the app.
Certificates vs. CME Credits
Course completion certificates and CME credit claims are separate:
- Certificates are free and issued by CaseStacks when you complete a course
- CME credits are accredited AMA PRA Category 1โข credits issued through NWAHEC, claimed separately with a processing fee โ see Claiming CME Credits
Resending a Certificate
If you need your certificate resent, return to the certificate page for that course and submit the email action again. If you still have trouble receiving it, contact support@casestacks.com.
