Saved Items

How to save and organize your favorite cases, terms, notes, and AI differentials.

Updated Aug 21, 2026

Saving Items

Save content by clicking the heart icon on cases, or the save/bookmark button on glossary terms and AI-generated differentials. Saved items are accessible from your Saved page.

Saved Page Tabs

Your Saved page organizes items into tabs:

  • Cases โ€” Saved radiology cases with course breadcrumbs
  • Terms โ€” Saved glossary terms with definition previews
  • Notes โ€” Your notes across all cases
  • Differentials โ€” Saved AI-generated differential diagnoses

Filtering Saved Cases

The Cases tab has filter chips for narrowing your saved set by topic:

  • Modality โ€” CT, X-Ray, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine
  • Region โ€” Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Neurological, MSK, General
  • Age โ€” Adults or Peds

Chips combine, so you can stack filters (e.g. Neurological + Peds) to see only your saved peds neuro cases. The URL keeps your filter state, so you can bookmark a specific view or share it across devices. Use Clear filters to reset.

Saved Items in the App

In the mobile app, open Profile, then My Saved Items. It is the same saved set as the website.
