How to Leave Feedback on Cases

Report errors, typos, or suggestions on a specific case using the Leave Feedback link.

Updated Aug 21, 2026

If you notice an error, typo, or something confusing on a case, you can send us feedback about it without leaving the page.

How to Submit Feedback

  1. Open any case
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the case content โ€” you'll see a Leave Feedback link (small grey text, right side)
  3. Click it to open the feedback form
  4. Type what you want us to know and click Send

In the mobile app, case feedback is the Feedback button in the DICOM viewer's row of controls, on a case's Images tab.

Your feedback is linked to the case you were viewing and to your account, so we can reach out to follow up if we need to. It's not posted publicly โ€” it goes straight to our team.

What Makes Good Feedback

Specific feedback helps us fix things faster. Useful examples:

  • Content errors โ€” "The findings section says 'left lower lobe pneumonia,' but the images show a right lower lobe process."
  • Broken images or viewer bugs โ€” "Series 3 only loads 15 of the 120 slices. Using Chrome on macOS."
  • Unclear explanations โ€” "The discussion doesn't explain why this isn't a false-positive for pulmonary embolism."

If you need a direct response (for account, billing, or urgent issues), use the chat widget in the bottom-right or email support@casestacks.com instead โ€” those reach us faster than case feedback.

Feedback on Non-Case Pages

The Leave Feedback link is on case pages specifically. For general product feedback, bug reports outside a case, or feature requests, use the Contact page or chat widget.
