Findings

CT

MRI

  • Heterogeneous, T2/FLAIR hyperintense mass in the right frontal lobe which demonstrates patchy areas of internal enhancement
  • No corresponding restricted diffusion
  • T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity in the surrounding white matter extending into the corpus callosum and internal and external capsules
  • Mild local mass effect resulting in local sulcal crowding, crowding of the right lateral ventricle, and 2 mm right-to-left midline shift
