CT
- Mass in the right frontal lobe with associated coarse calcification and mild local mass effect
MRI
- Heterogeneous, T2/FLAIR hyperintense mass in the right frontal lobe which demonstrates patchy areas of internal enhancement
- No corresponding restricted diffusion
- T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity in the surrounding white matter extending into the corpus callosum and internal and external capsules
- Mild local mass effect resulting in local sulcal crowding, crowding of the right lateral ventricle, and 2 mm right-to-left midline shift
