Indication:
Headache
Findings
- Large extra-axial cystic structure centered in the left sylvian fissure and extending along the left frontal and temporal convexities measuring 6 x 4.5 x 9 cm
- Signal intensity follows CSF on all sequences
- No corresponding restricted diffusion or enhancement
- Corresponding local mass effect with 5 mm left-to-right midline shift and mild mass effect on the left cerebral peduncle
- No evidence of hydrocephalus
