Findings

CT

  • Ill-defined mass in the right cerebellar hemisphere with crowding of the fourth ventricle

MRI

  • Infiltrative T2/FLAIR hyperintense mass in the right cerebellar hemisphere and extending into the fourth ventricle and right foramen of Luschka
  • Corresponding patchy enhancement
  • Faint areas of internal restricted diffusion
  • Associated mass effect on the fourth ventricle with mild prominence of the lateral ventricles for patient age but no ballooning of the temporal horns or third ventricle

Diagnosis

Glioblastoma, IDH-wild-type
