Findings
- Prior suboccipital craniotomy
- Multiple subcentimeter intra-axial enhancing lesions in the bilateral cerebellar hemispheres and superior aspect of the vermis
- These lesions mostly solidly enhance, though there is a cystic lesion with an enhancing mural nodule in the lateral aspect of the right cerebellar hemisphere
- The solid enhancing components of these lesions demonstrate facilitated diffusion in relation to brain parenchyma
- Many lesions demonstrate corresponding susceptibility artifact and surrounding edema
- No substantial intracranial mass effect or evidence of hydrocephalus
