- Cortically-based, mixed cystic and solid mass centered in the left inferior frontal gyrus
- The solid component avidly enhances
- Large rounded internal area of susceptibility artifact consistent with calcification
- Focal subarachnoid space enlargement overlying the mass
- Mild surrounding vasogenic edema and local mass effect without midline shift
