Diagnosis
Hypertensive hemorrhage
Sample Report
Acute hemorrhage in the mid pons, likely hypertensive in etiology given location. Minimal surrounding edema without significant mass effect. No intraventricular extension, hydrocephalus, or evidence of herniation.
Sequelae of chronic small vessel disease. Age-advanced global cerebral atrophy. Intracranial atherosclerosis.
