- Multilobulated peripherally enhancing collection adjacent to the right palatine tonsil measuring 2 x 3 x 3.5 cm with surrounding edema
- Right eccentric mass effect on the oropharynx, which remains patent
- Retropharyngeal edema without discrete retropharyngeal collection
- Mildly enlarged bilateral cervical lymph nodes without suppurative changes

Peritonsillar abscess
