Findings
- Striated enhancement of the left greater than right palatine tonsils
- Reactive bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy
- Multiple bilateral thyroid nodules
Diagnosis
Tonsillitis and adenoiditis
Sample Report
Left greater than right tonsillitis and adenoiditis without evidence of abscess or airway compromise.
Reactive bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy.
Multinodular thyroid. Recommend nonemergent thyroid ultrasound for further evaluation.
