- No evidence of acute pelvic fracture, though bowel gas limits assessment of the sacrum
- Mild degenerative changes of the hips
- Partially imaged moderate degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine
- Osteopenia
- Sclerotic lesion projecting in the right anterior superior iliac spine
- Multiple surgical clips overlie the anatomic pelvis bilaterally
- Penile prosthesis projecting inferior to the pubic symphysis

Height loss of the L5 vertebral body concerning for age-indeterminate compression fracture.
No acute pelvic fracture or traumatic malalignment.
Mild degenerative changes of the hips.
Partially imaged moderate degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.
Osteopenia.
Sclerotic lesion projecting in the right anterior superior iliac spine, which may represent a sclerotic metastasis. This could be further evaluated by CT.
Multiple surgical clips overlie the anatomic pelvis bilaterally.
Penile prosthesis projecting inferior to the pubic symphysis.
