Demographics: 93 years old, Male
Indication: Fall

Findings

  • Acute nondisplaced fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami
  • Acute nondisplaced fracture of the right pubic body with extension into the pubic symphysis
  • Inferiorly distracted avulsion fracture from the medial aspect of the right ischial tuberosity
  • Partially imaged cephalomedullary nail fixation of a remote right intertrochanteric femoral fracture with a superiorly displaced lesser trochanteric fragment and surrounding heterotopic ossification
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine
  • Osteopenia
  • Vascular calcifications

Diagnosis

Ischial tuberosity avulsion fracture

Sample Report

Acute nondisplaced fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami.

Acute nondisplaced fracture of the right pubic body with extension into the pubic symphysis.

No joint malalignment or diastasis.

Inferiorly distracted avulsion fracture from the medial aspect of the right ischial tuberosity.

Partially imaged cephalomedullary nail fixation of a remote right intertrochanteric femoral fracture with a superiorly displaced lesser trochanteric fragment and surrounding heterotopic ossification.

Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints.

Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.

Osteopenia.

Vascular calcifications.
