- Partially imaged cephalomedullary nail fixation of a remote right intertrochanteric femoral fracture with a superiorly displaced lesser trochanteric fragment and surrounding heterotopic ossification
- Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
- Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine
- Osteopenia
- Vascular calcifications
