Demographics: 67 years old, Male
Indication: Hip pain

Findings

  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis
  • Mild enthesopathic changes throughout the anatomic pelvis
  • Partially imaged degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine with moderate right eccentric disc space loss at L4-L5
  • Bilateral os acetabuli with cam-type morphology of the femoral heads

Diagnosis

No acute findings

Sample Report

No acute fracture or malalignment.

Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis.

Mild enthesopathic changes throughout the anatomic pelvis.

Partially imaged degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine with moderate right eccentric disc space loss at L4-L5.

Bilateral os acetabuli with cam-type morphology of the femoral heads, which can be seen with femoro-acetabular impingement.
