- No acute fracture or malalignment
- Moderate degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis
- Mild enthesopathic changes throughout the anatomic pelvis
- Partially imaged degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine with moderate right eccentric disc space loss at L4-L5
- Bilateral os acetabuli with cam-type morphology of the femoral heads
Diagnosis
