Findings
- Multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules/masses with the largest overlying the right hemidiaphragm
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
- Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip projecting over the SVC
- Asymmetric elevation of the right hemidiaphragm
Diagnosis
Metastatic colon cancer
Sample Report
Multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules/masses with the largest overlying the right hemidiaphragm, most suspicious for metastases. Recommend CT for further assessment. No evidence of pneumonia.
