Findings

  • Numerous bilateral small cysts
  • No focal airspace opacification
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette

Diagnosis

Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM)

Sample Report

Numerous bilateral small pulmonary cysts. Recommend chest CT for further evaluation.

No evidence of pneumonia.

No pleural effusion.
