Findings
Lower chest
- Nonspecific 10 mm lower right paraesophageal lymph node
- Small hiatal hernia
- Coronary artery calcification
- Mild dependent atelectasis
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Marked circumferential mural thickening of the urinary bladder extending to involve an anterosuperior urachal remnant versus bladder diverticulum with mild surrounding fat stranding
- Scattered subcentimeter hepatic hypoattenuating lesions, which are too small to characterize
- Diffusely decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma
- Borderline enlarged 12 mm posterior periportal lymph node
- Colonic diverticulosis without adjacent inflammatory changes
- Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm
MSK
- No acute findings
- Multilevel degenerative changes of the spine with minimal retrolisthesis of L5 on S1
Diagnosis
