- Hepatomegaly with diffuse hypoattenuation of the hepatic parenchyma
- Focal fatty sparing adjacent to the gallbladder fossa
MSK
- No acute findings
- Bilateral L5 pars defects with grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 on S1
- Varicose veins in the anterior upper right thigh, appearing to arise from the greater saphenous vein

Sample Report
Large left inguinal hernia containing a large portion of the sigmoid colon without evidence of obstruction or strangulation.
Hepatomegaly with hepatic steatosis.
Varicose veins in the anterior upper right thigh, appearing to arise from the greater saphenous vein, which can be seen with chronic venous insufficiency.
