- No acute findings
Abdomen/Pelvis
- 5 mm calcific density in the distal left ureter
- Mild left hydroureteronephrosis and perinephric stranding
- Small amount of fluid in the left perinephric space and left paracolic gutter
- Excretory phase images show evidence of forniceal rupture with pyelosinus reflux
MSK
- No acute findings
- Dextrocurvature of the thoracolumbar spine

Obstructing ureteral calculus

Obstructing 5 mm distal left ureteral calculus with resultant mild left hydroureteronephrosis and evidence of forniceal rupture on excretory phase images.
