Demographics: 66 years old, Male
Indication: Lower abdominal pain

Findings

Lower chest

  • Nonspecific 10 mm lower right paraesophageal lymph node
  • Small hiatal hernia
  • Coronary artery calcification
  • Mild dependent atelectasis

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Marked circumferential mural thickening of the urinary bladder extending to involve an anterosuperior urachal remnant versus bladder diverticulum with mild surrounding fat stranding
  • Scattered subcentimeter hepatic hypoattenuating lesions, which are too small to characterize
  • Diffusely decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma
  • Borderline enlarged 12 mm posterior periportal lymph node
  • Colonic diverticulosis without adjacent inflammatory changes
  • Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

MSK

  • No acute findings
  • Multilevel degenerative changes of the spine with minimal retrolisthesis of L5 on S1

Diagnosis

Cystitis

Sample Report

Findings concerning for cystitis. Recommend correlation with urinalysis.

Hepatic steatosis.
