- Normal appearance of the external ear
- The incus appears fused to the lateral wall of the middle ear
- Patulous vestibule with assimilation of the lateral semicircular canal. The posterior and superior semicircular canals are normally formed without dehiscence
- Featureless, bulbous appearance of the cochlea with absent modiolus and internal partitioning
- RIGHT
- Normal appearance of the external and middle ear
- Patulous vestibule with assimilation of the lateral semicircular canal. The posterior and superior semicircular canals are normally formed without dehiscence
- Deficient modiolus with incomplete segmentation of the middle and apical turns of the cochlea
