MRI
- Nodularity along the ependymal surface of both lateral ventricles, which follows gray matter signal on all sequences
- No corresponding enhancement or susceptibility artifact
- No substantial intracranial mass effect or evidence of hydrocephalus
- Left parietal developmental venous anomaly
- Prominent adenoids
