Indication:
Followup brain cyst
Findings
- Cystic mass centered in the left paracentral lobule measuring 2.5 x 2 x 4 cm
- Enhancing internal septation with somewhat nodular enhancement along the medial margin of the mass
- FLAIR signal hyperintensity throughout the cystic component
- Susceptibility artifact along the inferior margin of the mass, which may relate to calcification or tumoral hemorrhage
- No substantial surrounding parenchymal edema or mass effect
- No corresponding restricted diffusion
