- Peripherally hyperattenuating, centrally hypoattenuating mass in the left cerebellar hemisphere
- Surrounding vasogenic edema and associated mass effect resulting in crowding of the fourth ventricle
MRI
- Peripherally-enhancing mass in the left cerebellar hemisphere measuring 3 x 2.3 x 2.5 cm which contacts the tentorial leaflet and comes in close proximity to the left sigmoid sinus, which remains patent
- Surrounding vasogenic edema and associated mass effect resulting in crowding of the fourth ventricle
