Findings

  • Multiple nonexpansile areas of T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity involving the pons, right cerebellar white matter and dentate nucleus, left thalamocapsular junction, and high bilateral frontoparietal juxtacortical white matter
  • Corresponding patchy enhancement
  • No associated restricted diffusion
  • No substantial intracranial mass effect
