Findings
- Peripherally-enhancing sellar/suprasellar mass measuring 3 x 2.5 x 3 cm, which is inseparable from the pituitary gland
- Centrally, the mass is T1 and T2 hyperintense and nonenhancing
- No internal restricted diffusion
- The mass contacts and uplifts the optic chiasm
- The mass bulges lateral to the left lateral carotid tangent line, partially encasing the left cavernous internal carotid artery
