- Cortically-based T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesion in the right occipital lobe
- Associated solid nodular enhancement measuring 15 mm with corresponding mild restricted diffusion
- Overlying calvarial scalloping
- Mild local mass effect without midline shift or evidence of herniation or hydrocephalus
