Chronic sinusitis
Findings
- Enhancing right eccentric skull base mass measuring up to 3 cm involving the right sphenoid sinus, pterygopalatine fossa, vidian canal, and sphenopalatine foramen with enhancing soft tissue abutting the right carotid canal
- T1 signal hypointensity and enhancement in the right pterygoid process
- Enhancing mass in the left nasal cavity and hard palate adjacent to the inferior turbinate measuring up to 1.7 cm
- Enhancing mass centered near the left piriform aperture measuring up to 1.7 cm
- Enhancing mass in the right nasolacrimal duct measuring up to 3.3 cm with associated distension of the lacrimal sac
