- 前頭蓋窩正中に中心を持つ大きな軽度高吸収の硬膜外腫瘤
- 嗅溝に沿った石灰化と隣接する骨肥厚
- 隣接する左前頭葉の血管原性浮腫
- 前頭葉、脳梁膝部、および側脳室前角への腫瘤効果、ただしヘルニアや水頭症は認めない
MRI
- 前頭蓋窩の嗅溝上に中心を持つT1低信号、T2等信号の硬膜外腫瘤
- 放射状の内部血管構造を伴うびまん性造影
- びまん性の内部拡散制限
- CTで認められた石灰化領域に対応する磁化率アーチファクト
- 隣接する左前頭葉白質のT2/FLAIR高信号
- 前大脳動脈の後方偏位
- 腫瘤下縁に沿った視交叉前視神経への接触の可能性
