  • 左大脳半球の不均一な腫瘤（5.3 x 5 x 6 cm）
  • 不均一な造影効果と一致する拡散制限領域
  • 特に腫瘤深部辺縁に沿った内在性T1高信号領域
  • 周囲の血管原性浮腫と、局所的な脳溝圧排、左側脳室の圧排、および10 mmの左から右への正中偏位をもたらす腫瘤効果
  • 左側脳室側頭角の閉塞
