  • 不均一に造影増強される松果体領域腫瘤、4 x 3.4 x 3 cm
  • 主にT1低信号、T2高信号で辺縁に広範な磁化率アーチファクトを認める
  • 右視床に軽度の隣接実質浮腫
  • 蓋板と中脳水道への下方圧排を伴い閉塞性水頭症を認める
