- 松果体領域の嚢胞性と充実性の混在する腫瘤で、23 x 20 x 15 mm
- 充実性成分はびまん性に造影増強され拡散制限を示す
- 腫瘤辺縁に石灰化と考えられる磁化率アーチファクト
- 蓋板への下方圧排を伴い、中脳水道の狭小化と上流の水頭症を認める
