Findings
- No orbital mass. Rounded appearance of the left inferior oblique muscle near it's insertion on the inferolateral left globe.
Diagnosis
Inferior Oblique Muscle
Discussion
- Occassionally the inferior oblique can look mass-like near its insertion on the inferolateral aspect of the globe. Using thins and reformats and tracing the muscle to it's origin along the orbital aspect of the maxilla can help clarify.
