Quality of Life Improvements

A focused release: a new DICOM Viewer settings panel, a major localization push, smarter login throttling, higher AI usage caps, and a long list of bug fixes and small refinements.

Anatomy Viewer

• Scroll Wheel Sensitivity — New per-user sensitivity slider in the bottom bar. macOS trackpads no longer feel hyper-sensitive; the setting persists across sessions and applies to every anatomy module.

DICOM Viewer

• Pick Your Default Tool — New gear icon in the DICOM toolbar opens a settings panel where you can choose which tool is active when a case first loads (Window/Level or Scroll), flip the scroll direction, and tune scroll and W/L sensitivity. The same options also live in the footer settings menu and your account settings.
• W/L Sensitivity Syncs Across Devices — Window/Level sensitivity now persists to your account instead of just the current browser, so the value follows you between sessions and devices.
• CT ROI Tool Stays Active — Fixed an issue where the CT ROI tool was disabled after first use.
• CT Measurement Dropdown — Re-selecting the same measurement tool from the dropdown now activates it correctly.
• Always-Visible Toolbar Labels — W/L and Scroll labels are now always shown in the DICOM toolbar.
• Cleaner Mobile Toolbar — Fullscreen, rotate, and invert tools are now hidden on small screens to reduce clutter.
• No More Accidental Fullscreen Exits on Mobile — On iOS Safari and other touch devices, scrolling or swiping within a fullscreen DICOM viewer no longer kicks you out of fullscreen. Especially helpful while reporting a case, where the old behavior forced you to re-open fullscreen repeatedly.
• Smoother Session Handling — Expired sessions during DICOM viewing are handled gracefully without unexpected logouts.

AI Tools

• Higher Grading Limits — PRO monthly assessment and call sim grading allowance raised from 300 → 500/mo.
• Higher Dictation Limits — PRO monthly speech-to-text dictation cap raised from 150 → 400 minutes for users doing heavier reporting workflows.
• Better Detection of Silent Grading Failures — Added observability so silent AI grading failures surface to the team faster.
• AI Boost Add-on (Coming Soon) — Working on an optional add-on that lifts AI usage limits even further across every AI tool (dictation, read-aloud, Voxel Tutor, impressions, differentials, and more) for power users.

Subscriptions & Billing

• All Active Subscriptions on Billing Tab — The Account → Billing tab now lists every active subscription, not just the most recent.
• Multi-Subscription Renewals — Users with more than one active subscription can now renew an expiring plan without it conflicting with their other subscriptions.

Account & Login

• Smarter Login Rate Limiting — Login throttling now distinguishes between individual users on shared networks, so legitimate users on offices, hospitals, or shared Wi-Fi are no longer locked out because someone else nearby mistyped a password.

Search & Public Pages

• Guest Search Works Again — Logged-out visitors searching the site now get the public results page instead of a 403.

Translated Cases

• Media + Course Pages Restored — Fixed an issue where translated cases were missing media files and dropping their course-page children. Translated cases now render with full content parity.

Localization

• Major Localization Push — Translated remaining UI surfaces across all supported languages: pricing page, homepage, mobile menu, call simulator, header toolbar, DICOM viewer, Voxel chat, AI disclaimer, cookie consent banner, account settings, search page, and structured data. Also fixed sticky-language and locale cache-poisoning bugs, query-string preservation across language redirects, and added an English-authoritative disclaimer on translated legal docs.

CME, Programs & Cases

• Reliable CME Credit Awarding — Fixed a rare issue where CME credits could fail to award silently during high concurrency. Any affected credits have been backfilled.
• Neuro Fellowship Access Fix — Corrected the program access level granted to Neuro Fellowship members.
• View Case Details Link — Fixed for cases outside the assessments collection.

Greetings & Leaderboards

• More Greeting Variations — Added new rotating greetings on the dashboard, including a dedicated "Weekend is here" greeting on Saturdays and Sundays.
• All Period Data on Leaderboards — Leaderboard updates now display all period data (daily/weekly/monthly), not just the active window.
• Larger Avatars + Logos — Bumped avatar and logo sizes in the leaderboard and dashboard greeting for better visibility.

Email & Notifications

• Email Preferences Tab — New dedicated tab in Account settings for managing digest and notification toggles.
• Weekly Progress Digest is now opt-in — The Monday morning recap of cases completed, badges earned, CME credits, and streaks no longer goes out by default. Users who want it can enable it in Account → Email Preferences.

Help & Documentation

• Trimmed Help Articles — Cut "Tips" and "Troubleshooting" filler from several help articles (anatomy viewer, lofi player, referral program, others) so they get to the point faster.
• Sidebar Cleanup — Reorganized help sidebar links for clarity and consistency.
