Subscriptions & Upgrade Flow

• Smoother Upgrades — Rebuilt the subscription upgrade and checkout process with better status tracking, clearer messaging, and fewer edge cases.
• Smarter Checkout Discounts — Geographic and upgrade discount coupons now apply correctly at upgrade checkout.
• Welcome Email on Subscribe — New subscribers receive a welcome notification immediately after purchase.
• More Reliable Payment Integration — Refactored the underlying payment integration for better tax handling and more consistent customer data.
• Clearer Period Labels — "3 Months / 6 Months / 12 Months" replaces "Quarterly / Semi-Annual / Annual" in checkout and across all 8 languages.
• Invoices on Demand — Checkout now generates proper invoice PDFs; post-checkout and upgrade-success pages show exactly where to find them (Account → Billing → Manage Billing).
• Richer Checkout Copy — All-Site, Neuro Fellowship, and Call Prep checkout pages now enumerate the courses included and describe features more precisely.
• Tax Shown Separately — Checkout now tracks tax in its own column, so the base price and tax stay cleanly separated on receipts and upgrade proration.

Dashboard & Program Access

• Program Access Labeling — Users with program-only access now see a clear "Program Access" label in the header, dashboard, and billing area.
• Neuro Fellowship Progress — Progress tracking is now enabled for Neuro Fellowship on the dashboard, with corrected course counts.

Call Simulator

• Course Names Fixed — The activity page now correctly shows course/topic names instead of "Unknown" in both the summary breakdown and recent sessions.
• Hide Tips Option — New preference to hide call simulator tips once you're familiar with the flow.
• Faster Read Buttons in Simulator — Read controls in the simulator now play back as quickly as they do in regular cases.

Assessments

• Topic Analytics — New topic-based analytics and question statistics for tracking performance across subjects.
• Read-Aloud in Sessions — Text-to-speech Read buttons now work during assessment sessions.
• Fairer Cross-Language Grading — Assessment reports are now graded against the English source so scoring stays consistent regardless of the reading language.
• Quiz Topic Taxonomy — Questions are now tagged with a proper topic taxonomy powering better stats and filtering.
• Custom Proctored Assessments — Programs can now run password-protected, curated assessments on a fixed case list.

DICOM Viewer

• Faster, More Reliable Loading — Improved loading performance and reliability for large image series.
• Scroll Direction Preference — New option to customize scroll direction for stack navigation.
• Better Large-Series Handling — More reliable natural sorting for very large DICOM series.
• Number-Key W/L Presets — On CT series, keys 5–0 now jump directly to Soft Tissue / Lung / Bone / Brain / Subdural / Stroke presets
• Spine Level Labeling — New measurement-menu presets for cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine: each click drops the next vertebral label in sequence (e.g. S1 → L5 → L4…), and clicking on an existing label cycles it.
• Annotations Across Languages — Annotations on a case now carry through to its translated versions automatically.

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Mac Shortcuts Fixed — Option-key shortcuts (W/L, zoom, save, next case, etc.) now work correctly on Mac, where they were silently broken before. The shortcuts popup shows Mac symbols (⌘ ⌥ ⇧) in Apple's native style, and Cmd+S works as a save shortcut that survives typing inside text fields.
• Cleaner Shortcuts Popup — Reorganized into Case Navigation and Case Actions sections, with platform-aware modifier display and no duplicate entries for cross-platform shortcut pairs.
• Unified Case Navigation — Alt+→ and Alt+← (⌥→ / ⌥← on Mac) now move to the next/previous case in both regular cases and the call simulator, replacing the older Alt+J / Alt+I.
• Delete Key Fixed — Pressing Delete on the DICOM viewer now removes the most recently drawn measurement (previously a silent no-op).
• Better Mac Text Editing — Shortcuts no longer interfere with typing accented characters on Mac (Option+E for é, etc.) or with IME input for Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.

Text-to-Speech

• Much Faster Playback — Audio for call prep cases is now pre-generated so it plays back almost instantly instead of waiting several seconds to load.
• Upgraded Speech Model — Upgraded to the latest text-to-speech model for higher-quality, more natural case narration.
• New Voice — Switched to a clearer, more professional voice optimized for reading clinical content.
• Multi-Language Support — Text-to-speech now works across all supported languages with natural pronunciation.
• More Read Buttons — Added Read buttons to Pearls, Differential Diagnosis, and Key Imaging sections on Brain Tumors course.
• Expanded "Read All" — Read All now narrates every case section in the order they appear on screen.
• Localized Section Labels — Section labels like Findings, Diagnosis, and Discussion are now spoken in the reader's language.
• Faster Non-English Playback — Read All in non-English languages now plays back instantly on repeat use.

AI Tools

• Higher Monthly Limits — Raised PRO-tier monthly allowances significantly for Voxel Tutor chat, voice dictation, and assessment grading based on the first month of real usage, so the most active PRO subscribers have meaningfully more headroom before bumping into a cap.
• Smoother Differential Generation — The Differential Assistant now runs in the background and updates when ready, so the page stays responsive while results are being prepared.

Homepage & Public Pages

• Hero Promo Video — Now crawlable with full transcript + video schema, sitemap entry, and pauses cleanly on modal close.
• Free-to-Browse Pages — Assessments setup and Call Simulator setup pages are now publicly viewable, with a login prompt on start.

Account & Security

• In-Account Password Change — Change your password directly from Account settings.
• Password Change Notifications — Email confirmations when your password is changed.
• Progress Tracking Bug — Any signed-in user can now mark cases complete.
• Email Verification Page — Restored the post-login "verify your email" notice when a user logs in before confirming their address.
