  • Acute Hill-Sachs lesion of the left humeral head

Diagnosis

Anterior shoulder dislocation with Hill-Sachs lesion

Sample Report

Anterior dislocation of the left glenohumeral joint. Associated Hill-Sachs lesion of the left humeral head. No definite associated Bankart fracture.
