  • Permeative lytic lesions in the incompletely imaged proximal right femur with thin lamellated periosteal reaction and mild endosteal scalloping
  • No acute fracture or malalignment

Diagnosis

Osteomyelitis

Permeative lytic lesions in the incompletely imaged proximal right femur with thin lamellated periosteal reaction and mild endosteal scalloping. Differential considerations include osteomyelitis, Ewing sarcoma, and lymphoma. Recommend MRI for further evaluation.

No acute fracture or malalignment.
