  • Expansile lucent lesion in the right ischium with a narrow zone of transition and associated endosteal scalloping but no cortical breakthrough or periosteal reaction

Diagnosis

Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC)

Expansile lucent lesion in the right ischium with a narrow zone of transition and associated endosteal scalloping but no cortical breakthrough or periosteal reaction. Findings suggest a nonaggressive lesion with differential diagnosis including fibrous dysplasia, eosinophilic granuloma, and aneurysmal bone cyst.
