Findings
- Triangular radiopaque foreign body measuring 3 x 0.5 cm in the plantar soft tissues of the lateral midfoot adjacent to the fifth metatarsal base
- Adjacent 0.8 cm rectangular foreign body just inferior to the larger fragment, approximately 0.5 cm deep to the plantar skin surface
- No acute fracture or malalignment
