- Cortical-based bubbly lucent lesion with a narrow zone of transition in the medial distal femoral metadiaphysis measuring up to 3 cm, which spans greater than 50% of the metadiaphyseal diameter on both frontal and lateral views and thins the overlying cortex

Nonossifying fibroma (NOF)
