Findings

  • Rounded opacity in the right hemiabdomen along the inferior margin of the liver
  • Nonobstructive bowel gas pattern
  • No evidence of free intraperitoneal air
  • No abnormal intraabdominal mass effect or calcification

Diagnosis

Intussusception

Sample Report

Rounded opacity in the right hemiabdomen along the inferior margin of the liver. Recommend ultrasound to further evaluate for intussusception.

Nonobstructive bowel gas pattern.

No evidence of free intraperitoneal air.

No abnormal intraabdominal mass effect or calcification.
