Demographics: 3 years old, Male
Indication: Abdominal pain

Findings

  • Nonobstructive bowel gas pattern
  • Hepatomegaly, with the liver measuring 14 cm in craniocaudal span. No splenomegaly
  • No evidence of free intraperitoneal air
  • No abnormal intraabdominal calcification
  • Mild streaky perihilar opacities without focal airspace opacification, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette

Mild streaky perihilar opacities, which may relate to viral bronchiolitis or reactive airways disease. No focal airspace opacification, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.

Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette.
