Findings
- Acute bilateral comminuted nasal arch fractures with right nasoorbitoethmoid fractures including fractures of multiple ethmoid septae and fracture of the right medial orbital wall extending superiorly into the right frontal sinus with frontal hemosinus
- Likely nondisplaced fracture of the medial wall of the right maxillary sinus with associated hemosinus and inferior extension into the hard palate. Blood products also layer in the sphenoid sinuses
- Fractures of the bony and cartilaginous nasal septum
- Frontal scalp and facial contusions/hematomas
- Surgical changes of right vitrectomy with silicone oil injection. Right retinal calcifications. Left lens replacement

No pneumocephalus or evidence of adjacent intracranial hemorrhage.
Likely nondisplaced fracture of the medial wall of the right maxillary sinus with associated hemosinus and inferior extension into the hard palate. Blood products also layer in the sphenoid sinuses.
Fractures of the bony and cartilaginous nasal septum.
Frontal scalp and facial contusions/hematomas.
Surgical changes to both globes, including right vitrectomy with silicone oil injection. Right retinal calcifications.
