Mild mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses with frothy secretions in the right maxillary sinus, which can be seen with acute sinusitis.
Anterior nasal septal perforation, which could be secondary to use of vasoconstrictive drugs, prior trauma or surgery, or granulomatous disease.
