  • Acute longitudinal, otic capsule sparing left temporal bone fracture extending from the mastoid process into the middle ear
  • Partial opacification of the left middle ear and mastoid air cells

Diagnosis

Otic capsule sparing temporal bone fracture

Sample Report

Acute longitudinal, otic capsule sparing left temporal bone fracture extending from the mastoid process into the middle ear. No evidence of ossicular disruption. No pneumocephalus or intracranial hemorrhage.

Partial opacification of the left middle ear and mastoid air cells.
