Findings
- Acute mildly displaced fracture of the right frontal process of the maxilla and nondisplaced right nasal bone fracture
- Tiny radiopaque foreign body along the anteroinferior margin of the right globe
- Trace extraconal hemorrhage in the superomedial right orbit
- Extensive facial swelling/contusion, greatest in the right periorbital region
- Moderate mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses

Acute mildly displaced fracture of the right frontal process of the maxilla and nondisplaced right nasal bone fracture.
3 mm radiopaque foreign body along the anteroinferior margin of the right globe. Trace extraconal hemorrhage in the superomedial right orbit. No evidence of orbital wall fracture or proptosis. Globes are intact.
Extensive facial swelling/contusion, greatest in the right periorbital region.
Moderate mucosal thickening of the paranasal sinuses.
