- Acute right parasymphyseal mandibular fracture with fracture line extending through the sockets of the right lateral mandibular incisor and canine teeth and uplifting of the inner cortex
- Multiple dental caries and missing teeth with periapical lucency about the last right mandibular molar extending through the inner and outer cortices. Age-indeterminate fracture of the last right mandibular molar
- Smaller periapical lucencies about bilateral maxillary molars with inflammatory disease of the left greater than right maxillary sinuses likely odontogenic in origin
